The Brilliance Ball
A Holiday Party Unlike Any Other
Cirque, Dance Groups, Choreography

Negotiations & Debrief
Not everyone knows what they want for Christmas – so we helped our client brainstorm some ideas. When the possibilities are wide open, that’s where the fun begins.
The ideas got bigger, the entertainment got bolder, and before long, we had the makings of one seriously brilliant holiday party. Cirque, dancers, custom visuals, choreography, live music… why pick one when you can bring it all together?
Building the Big Picture
A setup this big called for an equally impressive entertainment lineup. The creative direction for the Brilliance Ball was built around bringing different forms of entertainment together to create one dynamic experience. Rather than relying on a single act or performance style, the evening featured a mix of disciplines, giving the entertainment room to evolve throughout the event.
In general, we decided to feature multi-disciplinary, dynamic performances and a DJ, leading up to an incredible reveal piece for the party band to bring down the house.
More Than What Happened on Stage
The performances were only one part of the experience. Our entertainment acts were paired with custom graphics and projection mapping, pre-recorded performances that interacted with the live performers, and custom costuming.
By bringing these different creative elements together, each performance could become part of something bigger. Live entertainment worked alongside the visual content, technology and creative direction rather than existing separately.
The result was an entertainment experience with plenty of moving pieces, all working toward the same goal: building momentum throughout the night.
The Finale.
Of course, if you’re going to call it the Brilliance Ball, the finale has to deliver. The evening built toward its biggest entertainment moment, with the stage eventually coming to life with 64 entertainers for the finale.
With cirque performers, dancers, choreography, custom visuals, costuming and music all contributing to the experience, the finale brought the different elements of the evening together on one stage before the party band took over.
It was big, bold and exactly the kind of ending a holiday celebration of this scale called for.
From Holiday Party to Kris Kringle
The final performance may have wrapped up the evening, but the work wasn’t finished quite yet.
Afterward, as quick as Santa’s sleigh, we worked with the production team to flip the entire event for a family Kris Kringle parade the next day.
That meant shifting gears from one large-scale holiday experience to another, transforming the space for a completely different celebration on a very quick turnaround.
WHAT MADE IT Amazing?
The stage came to life with 64 entertainers for the finale.
