SAIL OFF INTO THE FUTURE
A Ship in Full Sail was designed in conjunction with e=mc² events to celebrate a passing of the torch from Shell Canada to Shell Global in 2007.
This sea-themed event boasted 60+ artists, one main stage, and 8 satellite stages throughout the venue that had entertainment on them all evening.
You name it - this event had it! Performances included pole climbers, stilt walkers, moving tables attended by mermaids, Russian bar, hoop aerialist, fire poi, live painters, cirque sailor themed balance acts, and an incredible performance by the iconic Canadian band, Great Big Sea.
The evening was closed out by a local Calgary band who led guests through a night of dancing, laughing, and great times.
The client loved the event so much we packed it up and hit the road! Making several stops across Canada, we provided mini versions of the show and entertainment and booked province related acts like like Paul Brandt and Spirit of the West for each destination.
